The City of Santa Barbara’s Land Development Team (LDT) is seeking your input following changes to the development review process. Over the past year and a half, the LDT has implemented a number of process improvements based on customer feedback.

Customer Experience Survey

In September, we launched a Land Development Customer Experience Survey. The purpose of the survey was to get customers' input on this past year's changes and to request additional information on ways to improve and expand our services. This survey was for "frequent flyer" customers as well as infrequent or one-time permit seekers.

Public Workshops

After the survey, we will be hosting small-group conversations focused on the key themes of the survey and how to move the dial forward to better serve our land development customers.
